Costs and expenses for the production and maintenance of the prototype

The cost initial franchise Donuts is $150,000 (cent 50 MIL PESOS); with this cost you are paying the right to use our brands, our logo, our colors, and our "know-how". It also includes the training of the Baker, with duration of approximately one week in our pilot shop located in Monterrey galleries. For this post (Baker), it is not necessary that you send us a person with knowledge of bakery; here you are going to show how to do doughnuts like we do them so they have the same taste and quality that has distinguished us.  We also train the person who will operate the store, to learn how to work in the area of sales.
You provide us a plane with your local measures, and we will develop the project of your shop. To be able to so deliver plans of distribution of furniture (architectural drawing), level of services (water, electricity, drainage, gas, extraction) and woodworking plans accompanied by pictures to facilitate their interpretation.
This cost is unique and so we can finance giving a foretaste of sixty thousand pesos in treatment signal; which are refundable; and nine monthly installments for ten thousand dollars each to be covered with nine post checks dated thirty days after the start of operation with monthly maturities each one of them. The franchise lasts 10 years, during which must pay monthly royalties of 5% on its sales tax.
